The Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 smartphone has a new starting price of one U.S. penny on Amazon.
The Lumia 920 has been priced at $0.01 for new AT&T customers who sign a two-year contract in either a family plan or individual plan. The price is also valid for current AT&T who want to add a line of service to their current individual or family plans.

The price for the Windows Phone 8 device starts to increase to $39.99 for existing AT&T customers who want to upgrade their phone, regardless of the family plan or individual plan.
The "Without a Service Plan" by Amazon will increase the Lumia 920's price further to $529.99.
The new prices on Amazon affect the black, cyan, red, yellow, and white models.
Amazon's prices are more affordable compared to AT&T Online, which has the Windows Phone 8 device at $99.99 when signing a two-year contract. However, AT&T might have the advantage with their month-to-month price listed at $449.99.
The Lumia 920 smartphone has a screen size of 4.5 inches, 32GB of internal storage with 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with 3,264x2,448 pixels with LED flash, Bluetooth 4.0, an NFC chip and a 2,000 mAh battery capacity.
