The Nokia Lumia 920 smartphone has seen a price increase on Amazon, but is still a bargain compared to AT&T's official price.
The Windows Phone 8 smartphone is available for new customers for $39.99 when signing a two-year contract with exclusive U.S. carrier AT&T. The $39.99 price is an increase from the $19.99 previously offered on Amazon.

The $20 increase is valid for either an individual plan or family plan.
The updated price for new customers equals the cost for current AT&T subscribers who want to upgrade to the Lumia 920. Meanwhile, Amazon's "Without a Service Plan" price tag also increased to $529.99, up from the previous $449.99.
While Amazon increased the price of the Lumia 920, it is still affordable compared to AT&T Online, which has the Windows Phone 8 device at $99.99 when signing a two-year contract. However, AT&T might have the advantage with their month-to-month price listed at $449.99.
The new prices on Amazon affect the black, cyan, red, yellow, and white models. As of 2:30 EST, however, only 18 units of the white model remain in stock on Amazon.
The Lumia 920 smartphone has a screen size of 4.5 inches, 32GB of internal storage with 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with 3,264x2,448 pixels with LED flash, Bluetooth 4.0, an NFC chip and a 2,000 mAh battery capacity.
