E3 is now over with, and as we look back at the event there was certainly several big moments to look back at with awe, and should stand out whenever E3 2013 is mentioned. This included several amazing trailers for next-gen games set to be released in the coming year. We look at the top 5 trailers shown at E3.

5. Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag- The trailer for the game showed the many different elements that could make this game stand out among others in the series. Epic ship battles, bar room brawls, and a protagonist with some serious moves at his disposal should make the next-gen Assassin's Creed game the best one yet.

4. Star Wars: Battlefront 3- This trailer gets points for confusing those watching the trailer until a Rebel Alliance ship came crashing down. For a trailer that lasted less than 30 seconds, it sure did set the crowd on fire. The added involvement of DICE further added to the new hope gamers have for Star Wars games after the closing of LucasArts.

3. The Walking Dead: 400 Days- Ok, technically this is DLC, and not a full game, but "400 Days" might as well be a separate entity in TellTale’s "The Walking Dead" series. This episode will introduce five new characters into the game, and serve as a bridge between the two seasons.

2. Watch Dogs- The trailer for this game proves that the new IP from Ubisoft should be mentioned in the same breath as other franchises heading to the next-gen consoles. Being able to manipulate the environment around you while still being able to pull off some slick moves with the character should make for one heck of a game.

1. New Halo 2014 (most likely Halo 5)- This trailer featuring Master Chief only promises a new Halo game in 2014, but if this trailer does not hint at the already confirmed Halo 5, I’ll eat my boot. 343 proved that they could make a quality Halo title, and the experience of making Halo 4 should help refine their development abilities and bring out a bigger and better next-gen Halo for the masses.
