The latest Windows Phone market share shows the Nokia Lumia 920 as the most used device to utilize the Microsoft mobile platform, worldwide, except in the U.S.

According to the figures from AdDuplex, data based on 701 Windows Phone apps with AdDuplex SDK v.2 and collected on June 7, show the Lumia 920 as the top Windows Phone device with 12 percent, narrowly ahead of the Lumia 710 by 0.4 percent.
With 0.10 percent less, the Lumia 800 finishes third in the worldwide Windows Phone market share, ahead of the 9.4 percent for the Lumia 620. Rounding up the top five is the Lumia 520 with 8.4 percent.

The numbers change when ranking the Windows Phone devices in the U.S.
The Lumia 920 drops to second place with 18.8 percent as the Lumia 822 takes first place with 21.3 percent.
An HTC smartphone breaks through the Nokia Lumia-heavy ranks as the HTC 8X finished third with 14.6 percent, comfortably ahead of the Lumia 900's 8.7 percent. Wrapping up the top five U.S. Windows Phone devices is the Lumia 710 with 5.3 percent.
Meanwhile, nearly a month after its Verizon Wireless launch, the Lumia 928 finished six places behind the Lumia 710, charting with 2.1 percent.
The top U.S. Windows Phone 8 carrier is Verizon Wireless, with 43 percent, narrowly ahead of rival AT&T's 39 percent. T-Mobile finished third with 14 percent.
The Windows Phone 8 platform accounted for 70 percent of the surveyed Windows Phone devices while 30 percent were collected for the Windows Phone 7.
