BlackBerry's full-display touchscreen smartphone the Z10 might have proven popular with some BlackBerry enthusiasts, but there are many who still lament the lack of a QWERTY keyboard. Luckily, the Q10 packs a physical keyboard, and if a new report is to be believed, it could be landing on Verizon retail shelves around the rumored June 6 release date.

The folks over at N4BB received a tip about the BlackBerry Q10, showing the phone in Verizon's inventory under the buy order. According to N4BB, handsets typically show up in Verizon's inventory two weeks before an in-store launch. Rumor has it that June 6 is the Q10's Verizon release date, and if the inventory shot is authentic, then that could very well be the date.

Still, bear in mind none of this has been officially confirmed by Verizon.

Verizon customers interested in receiving an alert from Verizon once pre-orders begin can sign up here. Verizon will sell the BlackBerry Q10 in black or white.

Carriers AT&T and T-Mobile are also taking sign ups for pre-order notifications. Verizon and AT&T do not list a price for their respective Q10s, but T-Mobile does state that the smartphone can be had for "as low as $99.99 down" with subsequent $20 monthly payments bringing the phone's total cost to $579.99. T-Mobile does not subsidize its phones with wireless contracts like AT&T and Verizon do. Sprint has yet to state what its Q10 plans are.

The BlackBerry Q10 comes with a 3.1-inch touch display with a 720X720 resolution pushing out 330 pixels per inch. The Q10 is also equipped with 2GB RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera (with 1080p video recording), and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The handset's internal memory stands at 16GB, and the device is 4G LTE capable. The Q10 runs the new BlackBerry 10 operating system.

Will you be purchasing the BlackBerry Q10? Let us know why in the comments below.
