The Sprint Samsung Galaxy S4 and the AT&T HTC One have both dropped in price at Amazon Wireless.
The Galaxy S4 is now $129.99 with a two-year contract, a $20 discount from the usual $149.99 price. The HTC One, however, is a full $70 cheaper than normal.
It's also $129.99 with a two-year contract, but the One usually retails for $199.99. The deal applies to any purchase of a new HTC One, whether you already have an AT&T contract or not.
The Galaxy S4 deal requires a new Sprint contract, so renewals aren't eligible.
The HTC One and the Galaxy S4 are currently the top Android phones in the world. The Galaxy S4 has a slightly faster processor, a larger screen and SD card expandability. The HTC One has an aluminum unibody, more internal storage and a more intuitive interface. The HTC One is expected to receive an update to Android 4.2.2 within the next few weeks, bringing it up to par with the S4.

The HTC One features a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 4.7-inch 1920x1080 pixel widescreen Super LCD 3 display, a 2300 mAh Li-Po battery, a 4-megapixel "Ultrapixel" camera with enhanced low-light sensitivity with 1080p HD video, up to 64GB of internal storage and runs Android 4.1.2.
