The Nokia Lumia 928's purchase may come with an additional incentive, according to a notorious leaker.

The rumored upcoming Windows Phone 8 smartphone, which Microsoft nor Nokia has confirmed yet, will apparently offer consumers $25 off from the Windows Phone Store credit when the Lumia 928 is purchased from Verizon.

The offer was reported by Twitter user @evleaks, who has reported on a number of occasions about the Lumia 928.

Previous tweets by @evleaks include tweeting the photography abilities and renderings of the rumored Windows Phone 8 smartphone, which is likely to be exclusive for Verizon Wireless.

The alleged offer comes after a Reddit Q&A session leaked the two-year contract price of the Lumia 928 - $99. According to WPCentral's Daniel Rubino, via an anonymous source, specifications for the Lumia 928 include a 2,000mAh battery capacity, 32GB of internal storage with no microSD card slot, 4.5-inch screen with 334 pixels per inch, 1080p video recording at 30 frames per second, and a weight of 5.7 ounces.

Nokia will be hosting an event on May 14 from London, England. Although specifics for the event have not been revealed, the event will be about the Finnish-based company's Lumia series.

Latinos Post will cover the May 14 event as it happens.
