The AT&T version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 has been spotted at the FCC, with its telltale LTE band 17 support, used only by AT&T in the U.S. It's going by the name SCH-i337.
"The dimensions line up perfectly with the device we recently got our hands on at Samsung's recent Galaxy S 4 phone-a-palooza. Finally, we already saw a device packing the same model number on UAProf, a normally reliable source that revealed a 1,920 x 1,080 screen and "ARM11" Exynos processor," Engadget writes.
If this really is the Galaxy S4, which seems extremely likely, that means the phone is just a step or two away from an actual Stateside release.
AT&T begins pre-orders for the Galaxy S4 on Apr. 16 for $249.99, but there's been no word on when the phone will actually be available.
If AT&T is this close to rolling out the Galaxy S4, it's likely the company will try to beat out the competition. T-Mobile has already announced it will have the Galaxy S4 on May 1, so perhaps AT&T will shoot for a late April release date, assuming everything else in in order.
Verizon and Sprint haven't announced when they'll have the Galaxy S4, so AT&T could be the first carrier to offer the phone in the country, partially making up for a long delay last year before its release of the Galaxy S3.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a 1.6GHz eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor or a 1.9GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor (depending on country), 2GB of RAM, a 5-inch 1920x1080 Full HD AMOLED display at 441 ppi, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p HD video, a 2-megapixel front facing camera, internal storage between 16 and 64GB, an SD card slot that can accommodate an additional 64GB, a polycarbonate body, Smart Pause and floating touch tech and runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
