Sony has announced a wide variety of games that are coming to not only the PlayStation 3 and Vita, but the PlayStation 4 as well. While some of these titles were already confirmed, several new titles have been announced for the various Sony systems.

Zombie Studio's first person shooter, Blacklight: Retribution, has been confirmed for the PlayStation 4, and the game still will be free-to-play. The game has been a rousing hit on the PC, so it should do well on the next-gen system as well. Primal Carnage Genesis from Lukewarm Media will also be joining Blacklight: Retribution on the PlayStation 4. Primal Carnage Genesis will be a single player game where dinosaurs have been brought back to life. The story promises to be episodic in nature, and is sure to thrill players with epic dinosaur encounters. These two games, along with the previously announced game The Witness, shall be the first self-published games that will come to the PlayStation 4.

Current generation consoles can look forward to some exciting downloadable games as well. The retro platformer game Spelunky is coming to the PlayStation 3 and Vita with exclusive features. Limbo, the atmospheric platform-puzzle game, will also make its way to both consoles as well. Another game full of atmosphere coming to the Vita will be Digital Dream's Metrico. A full list of games announced by Sony can be found here.

Sony has confirmed a large amount of games heading across all three platforms, but the most exciting are the titles heading to the PlayStation 4. While PC gamers have been able to play Blacklight: Retribution for some time, it is the promise of vicious encounters with terrifying dinosaurs in Primal Carnage Genesis that makes it sound like it could be the breakaway title in the group. We will have more information about these games as they are released.
