While the Samsung Galaxy S4 made its official debut last night in a launch event in New York's Times Square, it won't be available until late April, and U.S. carriers may not get it until May or June.
But the S4 will be available on all four major carriers: Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile, as well as U.S. Cellular and Cricket. Samsung says it plans to eventually roll the phone out to 327 networks in 155 countries.
Sprint confirmed the U.S. version of the S4 will be available sometime in the second quarter of this year, meaning April, May or June.
"Today, Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. introduced Galaxy S 4, successor to the award-winning Samsung Galaxy S III. Sprint will offer the U.S. variant of Galaxy S 4 in the second quarter of this year," Sprint said in a press release on its website.
AT&T also confirmed it will carry the S4, though it didn't specify exactly when. Customers can sign up on the AT&T website to receive an email when the S4 is available.
