The BlackBerry Z10 will be available through Verizon Wireless in the United States on Mar. 28. Pre-orders are open now on the Verizon website.
"The BlackBerry Z10 will be available for $199.99 with a new two year customer agreement in Black and White color models, with the White model being exclusive to Verizon Wireless," Verizon said in a press release.
The much anticipated Z10 is finally making its way to the U.S. in the next two weeks.
T-Mobile business customers should have the BlackBerry 10 powered phone in hand by the end of the week, though the general public will have to wait until the 28th.
AT&T is taking orders for the Z10 for a Mar. 22 delivery date for both business and general customers.
And while Sprint initially passed on the Z10, recent rumors say they will introduce a "version 2.0" of the Z10 sometime later this year.
For those too impatient to wait even another week or two, an unlocked BlackBerry Z10 with no contract is available through startup mobile carrier Solavei, now for a newly-reduced price of $689.
After early speculation that the Z10 was selling poorly overseas, BlackBerry seems to have proven it is still resilient. A new reports says an unnamed retailer has purchased 1 million Z10 units for the American market -- a purchase that singly-handedly bests many predictions for the Z10's total sales worldwide.
Still, BlackBerry has yet to release any sales data, though its fourth quarter earnings are due out Mar. 28.
The BlackBerry Z10 features a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 plus processor, 2 GB of RAM, a 4.2-inch 1280x768 display, an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p HD video, 16 GB of internal storage and runs the newly revamped BlackBerry 10 operating system.
