Bugs have been reported in several Apple devices following updating to the latest iOS.
Apple provided an update to their iOS 6 mobile operating system in February with version 6.1.2 for owners of the iPad, iPhone, and iPod. The update was issued to fix some bugs that include the Exchange calendar and reduced battery life complications.
Despite the fixes, additional, or similar, bugs were reported.
One of the bugs reported was supposed to be resolved with the iOS 6.1.2 update for Exchange. According to reports, Exchange users are experiencing the same, if not worse, battery drainage issues.
"Just a few days after the release of iOS 6.1.2, we spoke to an employee of a big company who works in IT who claimed that an iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1.2 had contacted his company's Microsoft Exchange 2003 server in the neighborhood of 50,000 times," reported Adam Mills of GottaBeMobile. "Needless to say, the iPhone 5′s battery life took a significant hit because of the issue."
The Exchange bug has also been found in the iPhone 4S and iPad.
A bug within viewing photos has been noted as well. An iPhone 5 owner stated he's having troubles seeing messaged photos due to the re-sized screen.
Finally, a security flaw bug exists. The screen of the iPhone goes black allowing users to plug-in a USB cord, thus allowing users to view information on iTunes without inserting a passcode on the device's lock screen.
