The HTC M7 could release on Februrary 19th, according to a new rumor hitting the Internet today. This would be before the Mobile World Congress 2013, which starts on February 25th.

An Italian mobile phone reviewer called Flavio leaked this on Twitter on Tuesday under the handle @flapic. According to his exclusive leak, based on sources that "can't be revealed," HTC will launch the M7 at a dedicated event in London ahead of the Barcelona Mobile World Congress.

As we reported earlier this week, the leaks from HTC about the M7 are coming faster and juicier. Last week we got a rendered graphic of the rumored M7 from @evleaks, and then a few days ago the first leaked photographs of the HTC flagship phone hit the web. Then yesterday, we discovered that the M7 would be carried, at least, by Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint.

The HTC M7's rumored specs have also been floating around the blogosphere for some time now. It looks like it will sport a 1.7GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The screen has been reported in some places to be 5 inches, but is now generally agreed upon to be 4.7 inches. The display will have 1080P high definition output, though the exact resolution capability for the M7's screen is still murky. Finally, the M7 looks like it will come with two cameras. The front-facing camera will likely be 2 megapixels with high definition capability, and the rear camera will probably be what the new generation of smartphones seem to hold standard - 13 megapixels.

It is rumored to run the latest version of Android Jelly Bean, version 4.2. We thought we would have to wait until the Mobile World Congress in late February for these rumors to be confirmed, but now it looks like we may have answers by midway through next month. Check back with us for more information on the M7 and other devices that are coming out in the first half of 2013.
