Pablo's men look out for the police as he goes to visit his family. Patty tells him that their son Emilio has been acting up because he can't go to school. Patty tells Pablo that it's been in very difficult for their daughter because she lost her ear and will not be able to hear.
The police prepare to go after Escobar. The police arrive at his ranch and start shooting away at him but Pablo escapes in a helicopter. The police shoot one of his men under El Coronel Aristias but are unable to catch Pablo.
Pablo calls his home. No one answers.
Yesenia's brother goes to Pablo's house ready to beat Marino up but is forced to leave. Marino then goes to Yesenia's grave and apologizes for what he did.
In the meantime Yesenia packs her bag hiding it from her brother. However her brother realizes and warns her to be careful. He tells her to take care of herself and leaves.
In jail Pedro Motoa waits as the Medellin Cartel meets and tries to figure out what the next move will be.
Pedro Motoa's arrest is announced nationwide.
The president tells Niki that they will extradite him.
Pablo is upset and decides to gather with the Medellin Cartel.
Kiko tells Pablo that Marino has a girlfriend and it is Yessenia.
The Colombian President and minister announce the extradition of Marcos Herber to the press. They promise to extradite the other drug lords as well. Nicki asks about the bombs in Cali and whether they are related to the Medellin Cartel.
Pablo and the Medellin Cartel meet to talk about Hildargo and the Cali Cartel. He tells them that they will attack the Cali Cartel and that he does not care if they start a war with the cartel. He also tells them that Maurizio Restrepo will be killed.
The Escobars continue to evacuate the house as the police chase after the family.
Escobar is upset about the Extradition of Herber. Even the Cano family is unhappy because they want the whole Medellin drug Cartel in jail and away from Colombia.
Escobar fears that Herber will talk the minute they give him life in prison. He also fears that he will also be extradited if he is caught.

Pablo receives a call from Marcus pressuring him about Coronel Jimenez's death. He tells him that they need to do something about the extradition.
Pablo's mother also pressures him to know what Yesenia wanted. She tells him that if she is his lover he better not get her pregnant because he can only have children with Patty.
Meanwhile Jimenez's family is in turmoil as Jimenez gives his child a gun and his wife becomes upset.
The Supreme Court decides that they will not proceed with Extradition of the druglords after receiving threats.
In the meantime Marcus decides he will hide because he does not trust the government and does not want to get caught by anyone. He also asks about Coronel Jimenez and when they will kill him. Pablo assures him that the Coronel will be killed.
