iOS 6 Release Date
On September 12, the world should not only witness the unveiling of the latest high-profile mobile operating system, the iOS 6, but also see for itself if Apple's newest flagship smartphone is indeed the same device that has been leaked in pictures and videos (with largely same design but a larger screen) circulating on the internet, if the phone is released that is.
Apple has officially announced their rumored September 12 Conference, transparently confirming the debut of the iPhone 5 and release of iOS 6. The company's email invitation for the event displays the number "12," which casts a shadow in the form of the number "5," a fairly obvious nod to their intentions
In approximately two weeks Apple fans and general consumers will most likely get new details regarding the iOS 6 as Apple reportedly plans to stage a "huge" event according to various reliable sources.
If rumors are true, people should be able to upgrade their iOS 5.1.1-running Apple devices to the iOS 6 in a matter of weeks.
