Colin Kaepernick has a bit of stiff competition this Saturday against Aaron Rodgers and the rest of the Green Bay Packers.
The San Francisco 49ers and their quarterback Kaepernick will play off for a spot in the NFC Championship against the winner of the Seattle Seahawks vs. Atlanta Falcons game.
The 49ers have a slightly better record than the Packers in terms of the NFC standings. The 49ers have earned 11 wins and four losses in the NFC West while the Packers topped the NFC West with 11 wins but five losses.
Kaepernick has totaled 1,814 yards, 136 completions, 218 attempts, and in the process managed 10 touchdowns (TDs). For Rodgers, his numbers dwarf the accomplishments of Kaepernick with 4,295 yards, 371 completions, 552 attempts, and 39 TDs.
The bookies currently predict a close game and currently have the 49ers defeating the Packers among the 20-plus betting organizations gathered by Oddschecker.
