The city that never sleeps will be hosting an array of events to mark the new year.
Times Square will be the epicenter for most festivities are thousands will brave the cold weather to countdown to 2013.
According to NewYearsEveCentral.com, bars, lounges, and restaurants will be marking the occasion with special events.
"The Official Times Square Party Pass" is offered to "to party hop like a true VIP to some of the most sought after, adrenaline and fist pumping hot spots, cocktail lounges, entertainment centers in Times Square!"
With the "party pass," guests will be allowed to enter the Best Buy Theater, Bowlmor Lanes, Bryant Park Grill, Chevy's Fresh Mex, Espace, Frames, Liberty Theater, Times Square Entertainment Center, TSQ Tavern, TSQ Loft, and Utsav.
However, there are specific times you'll be able to enter the before mentioned locations with the party pass. Tickets start at $295 and higher and for people over 21 years old.
BB Kings Blues Club will have a five hour premium open bar between 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. with a live DJ, festive party favors, and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. General admission costs start at $95with VIP seating ranging between $175 and $215. However, admission starts at $45 starting at 12:30 a.m.
Pier 36 will host DJ Armin van Buuren will have a three-hour open bar between 9 p.m. to midnight but the electronic music event will end by 4 a.m. Tickets start at $175 and goes as high as $10,000 for several VIP packages. After 1 a.m., the general admission fee will decrease to $135.
The Best Buy Theater will host the DJ services of DJ Jesse Marco, playing dance, hip hop, house, rock, and a range of 80s tunes. A four-hour premium open bar between 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. will be available with a general admission fee of $150 for ages 18 and over, but the general admission cash bar for ages 21 and over start at $65.
A five-hour premium open bar form 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. is set for the "NYE Extravaganza" hosted by "Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino at 312 West 34th Street in Manhattan. General admission will start at $65 but decreases to $35 after 12:30 a.m. The general admission fee will over the five hour open bar, midnight champagne toast, festive NYE party favors, and movies will be played throughout the night.
