"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" returns tonight on ABC with a full set of performances planned from the west and east coasts of the U.S.
The annual "Rockin' Eve" show will kickoff at 10 p.m. EST, but, at 8 p.m. EST there will be a two-hour show in memory of Dick Clark.
Clark passed away on April 28 this year.
Since 1972, Clark has produced and hosted "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve," however, his duties were slowly reduced following a stroke in 2004 and Ryan Seacrest would succeed his hosting duties.
Singer Fergie and actress Jenny McCarthy will host the two-hour celebration for Clark featuring Clark's best moments spanning the last four decades.

“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest” will countdown to 2013 in Times Square but with most performances taking place in California. The show will conclude at 2:12 a.m. EST.
