Demi Lovato Has a Runny Nose & Uses 'Nose Tampons' to Fight It

Demi Lovato shows her funny side as she stuck up a tampon to help her fight her runny nose.

Singer Demi Lovato may be a bit under the weather but she didn't let it ruin her day. Instead, the "Confident" singer made fun out of the situation as she stuck up tampons in her runny nose to stop it.

In her Instagram post, the singer was seen all bundled up and had the tampons in her nose. She even joked about launching the "nose tampons" as product for her Devonne by Demi. According to Entertainment Online, the fun didn't stop there. She also posted an Instagram snap where she popped a squat behind a tree.

Together with Demi for her snowy holiday were friends and long-time boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. In her Instagram, the singer posted several photos of them together and one that showed the years she has been in a relationship with the former "That 70's Show" actor.

The 23-year-old singer opened up in a previous interview and spoke about the kind of support Wilmer has given her through her tough times.

"People told him, 'You should probably leave. She's on a spiral, and you're going to be sucked down with it.' But he was like, 'I'm not leaving. This is somebody I really care about,'" the singer said.

While a lot of fans are definitely rooting for the couple who have remained strong in bond over the years, Demi said that there is no rush to tie the knot. However, she did reveal that she had been planning her dream wedding since she was just 10. The singer also said that she relies on social media platform Pinterest to gather ideas and inspirations, and jokes that the whole wedding is planned out. Apart from the rumored wedding bells, Demi also shared one relationship rule that they follow.

"We will at dinner not touch our phones because if one of us is talking and then you get on your phone, it's rude," the singer said.

Meanwhile, a report from Business Insider revealed that Demi has her own description of what beauty is. She said that it is more important to be beautiful on the inside and the outer appearance should not require much work.

"I feel the most beautiful when I'm naked. Just completely stripped down, completely organic, me. That's when I feel the most confident because that's the most natural state that I could possibly get in," Demi confessed.
