Many are speculating that "Fifty Shades Darker" will be more risque than the first film, and fans are wondering if lead actor Jamie Dornan will go nude this time around.
In an article by Parent Herald, there are rumors that "Fifty Shades Darker" will be bolder than the first film. The movie based on E.L. James erotic novels stars Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan as lead characters. In the first instalment of the movie, Johnson has not been shy parading nude in front of the cameras. So this time around, fans of the film are wondering if Dornan who plays Christian Grey will go full frontal.
In another report by Realty Today, it was speculated that Dornan will go nude for the right amount. The 33-year-old actor reportedly agreed to go nude in "Fifty Shades Darker" for an additional $1.5 million. In his contract for the three movies, it was never stated that Dornan will go completely naked, but recent rumors suggested that the actor might have had a change of mind.
"They're offering Jamie a bonus of $1.5 million to do a full-frontal scene in 'Fifty Shades Darker'. That's just a starting figure. Jamie would be crazy not to consider it," an insider said.
In an interview he did with People magazine, Dornan expressed his excitement in reprising his role as Christian Grey. The actor also said that he is looking forward to show more of Grey's character.
Meanwhile, although some are questioning the support of Dornan's wife on his work as Christian Grey, the actor himself revealed that she has been supportive. Dornan said that his wife, Amelia Warner, was very understanding when she found out that they had to move to Canada for four months to shoot the movie. In addition, Warner was also informed that the actor will be naked in the film, and she didn't seem to have a problem with it.
"Well, my wife is a brilliant, hugely understanding person. Plus, she was an actress for 10 years, so she's aware of what it's like. A lot of people would have had a sh*t fit at 30-weeks-something pregnant, 'Darling, we're going to Vancouver this week for four months - we're going to have a Canadian baby and I'm going to do a film where, for parts of it, I will be naked.' That's a tough pitch, but my wife is an incredible person," Dornan said.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is set for release in February 2017.
