Demi Lovato Trips on Stage During iHeartRadio’s Jingle Bell Performance [News & Video]

Perhaps nobody can take a fall as well as "Confident" Demi Lovato can.

Demi Lovato took a tumble during her performance at the iHeartRadio Z100 Jingle Ball in New York City. While performing on stage on a Friday evening, the singer was about to close her set with "Cool For The Summer" when she tripped over her microphone and fell flat on the floor.

Teen Vogue reported that the performance was livestreamed on iHeartRadio's website. The video did not show Lovato falling but it did show footage of Lovato on the floor. However, true to her song "Confident", the singer immediately rose from the floor and started fist pumping in the air.

It was not the first time that Lovato had a little accident while performing. When she released her "Cool For The Summer" track, the singer also tripped on stage during a pool-themed party performance. However, Lovato did not fuss at all and still continued to perform.

Meanwhile, Brides magazine reported that the singer finally answered marriage rumors involving her and long-term boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama. Many fans are waiting for when the former "That 70's Show" pops the question to Lovato.

The singer denied rumors that they secretly tied the knot, and when asked when they are planning to settle down, Lovato said "You have to ask him!" She did, however, say that she dreams of a "shabby chic"-themed wedding.

"I don't know if it would be in a barn, but I think I'd definitely want an outdoor wedding, with lights hanging on the trees," Lovato said.

In a previous interview, Lovato expressed how much she is in love with her Valderrama, even saying that if he popped the question at any time, she will definitely say yes.

Well, the two certainly have succeeded in getting through a lot of difficult times. Their romance managed to survive even Lovato's "emotional and physical issues". The couple started dating when Lovato was only 18, and right after that, she went straight to rehab. Although people told Valderrama that he has the chance to leave since Lovato is going on a downward spiral, he decided to stick by her side.

"I fell in love with the person that she really is, and at that time, she was going through a really interesting journey and I just happened to be there for that specific time," Valderrama said. "I was blessed to be there at the right time and in the right place to help out."
