Dakota Johnson was spotted with a new blonde hair color. Since the production of "Fifty Shades Darker" will soon start, fans are asking whether Ana Steele will go from brunette to blonde as well.
In an article by Movie Pilot, many fans are questioning whether Johnson's new hair color will be a surprise character twist with regard playing the character of Anastasia Steele. With a new director on board, people are speculating that James Foley might take Johnson's new look to push Anastasia to a new direction.
However, if basing her looks from the books, it is clear that Ana's brown hair is somehow significant to her relationship with Christian Grey. At one point, Grey confessed about his desire to "whip little brown-haired girls."
Meanwhile, using her Instagram account, E.L. James announced that she is already Vancouver bound. For those who do not know, it will be the filming location for "Fifty Shades Darker." It was also where the first movie was filmed in 2013. In the photo, the author of the erotic book posed with the producer of the movie, Dana Brunetti.
As it turns out, however, the two were back in Los Angeles the following day. It has not been confirmed whether their Vancouver trip was related to "Fifty Shades Darker" but many believed that it was. It was reported that the filming of the movie was to happen early in 2016, but fans need to wait till February 2017 for the official release of the sequel. Filmmakers reportedly want to shoot "Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed" back-to-back so there will definitely be a lot of updates for the second and third instalment of the franchise next year.
Meanwhile in a report by Yibada, Jamie Dornan opened up about his role in the movie as well the media attention that he has been getting since he accepted the role of Christian Grey.
"The one I'm finding difficult to answer is, 'Are you ready for this? Are you ready for the madness?' and 'Are you ready for the attention?' All that stuff because actually there is no answer. I don't know how to answer it - if there is anything I can do to tangibly be ready for what's gonna happen, y'know?" he said.
Dornan also discussed the sacrifices that his family had to make for him to be able to do the role. The actor revealed that he and his heavily pregnant wife that time immediately moved to Vancouver when he found out that he got the role.
