Zayn Malik is recently spotted out with Gigi Hadid. However, this does not stop rumors linking the prodigal One Direction member to Selena Gomez. If this is true, then this is one complicated love triangle. Hadid and Gomez are both members of the Taylor Swift's famous squad.
What makes things all the more complicated albeit thrilling is that Gomez is actually open to dating Malik. All she needs is a formal invitation from the former boyband member.
"If he had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him," Gomez told InStyle UK when asked about rumors linking her to Malik. The pop singer, however, refused to elaborate. Asked about dating any guy in particular, she said it is hard. She then shared the story of a guy who actually Googled her before their meet up. "I'm weirded out by the idea," she said of the experience. But, her dilemma as of present is that she looks 16 sometimes. "Which is a bummer because I would love to date older guys," she said.
Gomez was also quizzed about her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber. The pop singer grew elusive, saying: "I'm just tired of talking about it. I never intended for my life to become a tabloid story.
Speaking of Bieber, a source revealed that he had been planning a double date with Gomez -- surprisingly with Hadid and Malik! He had planned to rent out the Staples Center for the four of them to watch the new "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," Hollywood Life reported.
According to the person who has spoken exclusively with the entertainment news outlet, Bieber had been planning a fun night. The date night with Hadid is reportedly one of his gifts to Gomez for Christmas, the sources revealed. After all, the two girls are both members of the Swift squad. The Canadian popstar believes that there can be no better way to spend Christmas but have it with friends and have a really good time, the source said.
Bieber had actually rented the Staples Center before also for Gomez. He rented out as a gift back in Sept. 2011 and had "Titanic" screened exclusively for the two of them.
Gomez had also spoken about her best friend Swift. "People have this fantasy that we're in our underwear, having pillow fights," the pop singer said of their friendship. But what actually happens when they are together? They play good music, eat, just hang out and counsel each other in "the boy department."
