Looks like the drama is back on - Safaree Samuels is reportedly planning to sue ex-girlfriend Nicki Minaj for millions.

According to TMZ, following the couple's breakup in last November after dating for 12 years, Samuels is now claiming that Minaj did not give him due credit for his contribution in her three successful albums, "Pink Friday," "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded" and "The Pinkprint."

In addition to the three records, Samuels is trying to get his cut of the profits the Trinidadian emcee made off her singles, "Only" featuring Chris Brown, Drake and Lil Wayne, as well as "Flawless (Remix)" and "Feeling Myself," both featuring Beyoncé.

Samuels is supposedly gathering up his evidence for the hefty lawsuit to prove that he was closely involved with Minaj's music, including voice memos and studio session footage. Also, he is said to have several witnesses who would support his claim.

According to the publication, the "Anaconda" rapper had acknowledged her ex's contribution by giving him the executive producer credits for two of her albums, "Pink Friday" and "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded."

TMZ added that Samuels had already found himself a lawyer and the suit is "imminent."

Samuels previously expressed his disappointment with his former girlfriend discrediting his involvement in her music during his interview with Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club."

"But when you try to pull me down, and discredit what I've done for you, that's what weak to me," he said. "Don't say I don't have no talent, because every time it came to writing raps and doing music, it was me, her and the beat. She don't do it by herself."

Samuels later clarified that he did not write Nicki's rhymes, tweeting:

"I would never do anything publicly to try to pull her down," he told E! Online. "Whatever happens between me and her one on one is what it is, that's personal. I would never put that out there."
