Is Gwen Stefani Really Dating Blake Shelton? Here's What Her Rep Said

Since Gwen Stefani split from Gavin Rossdale, rumors started circulating that the "The Voice" coach is dating her co-judge Blake Shelton.

Rumors about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's romance have been going on since the split of the "No Doubt" singer from her husband of 13 years Gavin Rossdale. Although the two kept mum about the issue, Stefani's representative finally released word about what's really going on between the two.

In a report by US Weekly magazine, Stefani's rep confirmed that she is indeed dating Shelton. The representative added that the two have been friends for a long time and just started dating.

"Gwen and Blake are long-time friends who have very recently started dating," Stefani's rep confirmed.

In previous reports, the two have been spotted being flirty over the Halloween weekend. The pair was spotted jumping from one party venue to another. Stefani admitted that she was in Adam Levine and Maroon 5's Halloween party, where Shelton was also present. The two were pictured together in their very first PDA moment at Levine's party and looked pretty cosy as Shelton had his arms around Stefani.

Meanwhile, during her latest interview with Ryan Seacrest, Stefani was asked to comment about the dating rumors. The "No Doubt" singer neither confirmed nor denied the issue but managed to sing some praises for Shelton, even calling the country singer "hot."

"I'm not going to answer that right now, Ryan. I think I've given enough of myself this morning to you. But I think he's hot, don't you?" Stefani said.

In another report by Entertainment Online, Stefani flew to Nashville to attend the Country Music Awards after-party with Shelton. It might have been an awkward scene because Miranda Lambert was also present at the event.

According to a source, Lambert is not at all surprised that her ex-husband is dating Stefani. The source added that Lambert had always felt that the two were pretty flirty.

"She was not surprised to hear of the romance between Blake and Gwen. They were always pretty flirty. Miranda and Blake were on the rocks on and off, and she knew that this could be a possibility," a source revealed.

Both Stefani and Shelton are back in the market and seems to be taking advantage of the perks. Shelton and Lambert filed for divorce in July while Stefani and Rossdale called it quits in August after 13 years of being married.
