Amber Rose paraded the streets of downtown Los Angeles in a racy outfit on Saturday for her latest passion project, SlutWalk. According to MTV News, SlutWalk aims to "smash gender stereotypes and double standards," by letting anyone, as per Rose's words, "wear what the F you want."

Wearing a black, cleavage-baring lingerie paired with high-cut leather boots, the 31-year-old model confidently marched the streets along with her supporters. Together with the crowd were signs that read "Strippers have feelings too" and "My clothes are not my consent."

Michigan Chronicle noted that this was not the first SlutWalk movement. In 2011, a Toronto college campus also did a SlutWalk when a police officer remarked that “women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized" after a sexual assault incident of a young woman in the campus.

Now, with over 7.9 million followers on Instagram and 3.1 on Twitter, Amber Rose has turned her popularity to start a GoFundMe page for SlutWalk. “It’s for rape victims, sexual assault victims… It’s to motivate us as women and men feminists to come out and raise awareness," Rose explained.

During the Saturday march, her mother, Dorothy Rose, also supported her daughter's movement and even carried a sign that read, "F--K YO 30 Showers!" MTV News explains that this is in reference with Kanye West, Amber's former boyfriend, who, during an interview with "The Breakfast Club" radio show on Power 105.1, said, "It's very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that was with Amber Rose...I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim." Amber's mother even posted a photo of the sign on Instagram.

However, this is not the first time that Amber has been slut-shamed. “I’ve been getting slut-shamed since high school. Because a lot of boys liked me, that obviously made me a whore. If I had a lot of male friends, people would assume I was having sex with them.”

Regarding the GoFundMe page, Amber clarifies that she does not make any cent out of it, saying, “I don’t make any money from it. None of us make money. We have volunteers and sponsors from different companies. All of my fans donated $5 or $10 here and that really helped." She also added that some of her celebrity friends, such Nicki Minaj who gave $5,000 and Nick Cannon who gave $14,000, also donated anonymously for the cause.

Amber concludes the interview with a strong message to the public. "I am not here to be a role model for young girls or for children. I’m not here for that. I don’t want to be a role model. I speak to adults. My SlutWalk is 18 and over. This is for grown women."
