Robert Pattinsons Admits He Is Just Like One of Us, Struggling to Stay In Shape

Oh my goodness, as hard as it is to believe, Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson says he is just like one of us. As sculpted as the British actor is, he recently told The Times he struggles to keep his physique up to par.

The 29-year old told The Times he is appreciative of the vanity-based nature of his job because it forces him to keep up his stellar bod. "I'm so glad about the vanity required in this job because if I didn't have to stay in shape, I'd be such a fat a**."

Looks like Pattinson's metabolism may be catching up to him, as he further confessed his old dietary regimen no longer holds up. "It used to be that I could start working out four weeks before a job and it would be totally fine. Now? Nothing happens. You just beat your body into submission."

Quite candidly the UK native revealed he went as far as to spend vacay in a super secret location to hopefully avoid paparazzi from snapping a photo of his dadbod. "What the f**k is going on? I had to go on holiday to an extravagant secret location this year because I was afraid of someone photographing my gut."

According to Daily Mail, Pattinson advised with each new role it is harder to maintain his six-pack, especially if he has to lose weight for a role. However, for the James Dean motion picture called "Life," Robert luckily avoided having to bulk up since he played James Dean's photographer Dennis Stock.

In other news, Robert and his rumored fiancé, FKA twigs, have still remained "hush hush" on their nuptials. Previous reports indicate the love birds have pushed back their wedding date, but remain engaged. Initially the wedding was said to happen the latest this Fall, but it appears an indecisive bride and a long distance relationship is putting a strain on the relationship and subsequently on their special day. There are unfortunately no new reports at this time of when the wedding will take place. However, sources close to the situation admit the pair are speaking less and less thanks to their busy schedules. For now, the wedding is said to be at the bottom of both of their to-do lists.
