With Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose failing to come out with a win over Bray Wyatt and his minions, it seems that this feud will continue. And with regards to how long, well, the answer to that is anyone’s guess.

Everyone knows of course that the whole setup was to benefit Roman Reigns who needed work behind the microphone. This dates all the way back to WWE Money in the Bank where Wyatt cost Reigns a chance at snagging the MOTB briefcase.

From a head-on battle the storyline has added new people in the mix. Luke Harper and Dean Ambrose joined the fray, Braun Strowman became the third member and everyone knows that sudden insertion of Chris Jericho as the former Shield duo’s mystery third partner at WWE Night of Champions.

As expected, both camps were at it again at the WWE RAW episode that took place a day after. The storyline apparently continues and all were present except for Jericho who seemed to have chosen to abandon Reigns and Ambrose after their loss at WWE Night of Champions.

However, Reigns and Ambrose were not outnumbered like before. The duo seem to have found a new ally in Randy Orton, the same man that the Wyatt’s attacked prior to WWE Night of Champions. So would this partnership carry forward?

Recall that Orton was one of the first to be speculated as Ambrose and Reigns mystery partner. All those rumors were squashed however when word came out that Viper would be momentarily out of the WWE.

Apparently there was a change in plans since Orton did re-appear on WWE RAW and was looking for payback against Bray Wyatt and his cohorts.

As for Jericho, it remains to be seen if his surprise appearance was simply a one-night deal. If not, well we will see in the coming weeks. Y2J did electrify the crowd but his overzealousness apparently cost his bunch a chance to score a win at the Toyota Center in Houston.

As far as the feud is concerned, everything seems to depend at how the WWE Heavyweight title picture shapes up. Right now, it doesn’t seem to indicate that Reigns would be getting a bump towards it so his claim of the feud ‘not ending anytime soon’ doesn’t come as a surprise.

Chances are that the six-man battle will continue from here where Reigns and Wyatt are still the obvious leaders of each cult.

If Orton is the equalizer, can Reigns finally score a pin (or submission?) over Braun Strowman the least anytime soon?
