What Did Kris Jenner Feel Meeting Caitlyn Jenner For the First Time?

Kris Jenner said that she was "a little bit jittery" when she first met her ex-husband, Caitlyn Jenner, who was formerly known as Bruce, according to a report from People.

On Friday, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" matriarch did a PAPER Radio interview that aired via "Radio Andy," Andy Cohen's Sirius XM Channel. In the interview, the 59-year-old reality star told Cohen her first meeting with Bruce after transitioning to Caitlyn.

In the interview, Kris shared that she was "very nervous" while on her way to meeting Caitlyn. She added, "Kim [Kardashian West] drove over there with me and waited in the car because I was so nervous."

"We all handle things differently, and we all go through our own inner thoughts. Who in a million years …? I don't know, I've never been through anything like this before, and I don't know anybody in my life to talk to who has been through something like this. It's a process. And every single person just has to do it at their own pace," said Kris.

Kris also said that the encounter is like meeting "a different person" and that they are "doing good" even though she still undergoes struggles about the situation. She even remarked Caitlyn's appearance.

"I walked in, and I remember looking around, looking anywhere else. I didn’t know what to say. And then I looked at her, and I thought 'Wow, she looks really good.'"

She also commented how it's a bit "odd" and admits that she still misses her former husband. "It's odd because it's with the same voice so you're like … but you know, that's in the moment because to be honest, I'm still missing Bruce It's just very confusing and complicated when you go through it this intimately with somebody. It's really a process."

According to a report from Daily Mail, after Kris and Caitlyn's first meeting, the latter stopped by Kris' place to have a drink. During the said meeting, Kris got a closer look at Caitlyn.

"I just kept staring at her eyebrows. And I said 'you have the most beautiful eyebrows.' She looked at me like I was insane," Kris shared.

In a report from Access Hollywood, Billy Bush sat down with Kris to talk about Caitlyn's transition. She said that she is "still adjusting" to the whole situation and can't still call her ex-husband by her new name, and instead refers to her as "Jenner."

Kris also explained how the massive changes have been difficult to her family. However, the two, who have been separated since 2013, are "learning to grow close again."

Kris said, "It's hard, you know, it's really, really hard. What I have realized in all of this is that everyone handles stuff a different way. No matter what it is, you know. We're all people. We all have different emotions."
