Games are easy to come by on Black Friday, and nearly every major retailer is slashing prices across the board on its stock.
Even the Wii U is evading availability problems, according to Giant Bomb forum members. Sightings of Nintendo's new console have been made at Best Buy, GameStop, and Walmart by multiple users. The community's observation lines up with statements made by Nintendo's marketing vice president, Scott Moffit. In an interview with Forbes, the executive says "We want consumers to know upon launch they can go into their stores, and there will be quantities available there to go in and buy. There may be lines, and we do anticipate tremendous demand. We'll do our best to keep up with it, but there should be a great quantity available at launch."
He adds, "We'll have more replenishment during the holiday season to...refill those store shelves as quickly as we can. We can't guarantee there won't be shortages, but we'll do our best to keep up."
The availability of Wii U contrasts starkly to the Wii launch, which saw the console sold out for months on end post-release.
Toys R' Us is offering 225 DS and 3DS games, over 125 Wii and Wii U games, over 125 Xbox 360 games, and over 100 PS3 games.
At GameStop, customers can save up to $20 on Wii U launch games, 50% off on 3DS/DS games, and $30 on select PS3/Xbox 360 games. Any console trade-in will net you double in-store credit, while exchanging 2 or more games will grant customers 25% extra in-store credit. The retail store is also offering more than 2500 pre-owned games under $20.

Amazon's Black Friday sale is now over, but shoppers still have Cyber Monday to look forward to. Between 5:10am and 9:10am, Kinect Star Wars will run $25, and two "Ultimate Combo Packs" which bundle games with Dualshock 3 controllers.
Walmart stocks over 45 games at $25, over $30 games at $15, and over 25 games at $10.
Target's ad lists numerous games at the following price points: $10, $15, $25, and $35.
