'Once Upon A Time' fans were given a glimmer of hope on Sunday when it was discovered that Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) may be able to connect to Emma's son Henry (Jared S. Gilmore) back in Storybrooke. Henry, who's with his grandfather David (Josh Dallas), and Aurora (Sarah Bolger), who's in the fairytale world with Emma and Mary Margaret, finally spoke to each other in the frightening, fiery nightmare they've been sharing.

Last week's episode, "Child of the Moon," primarily focused on Ruby's fears about turning into a wolf and hurting the residents of Storybrooke but also gave some insight into how Emma and Mary Margaret were doing back in the fairytale world. Fans were crushed to see Spencer (Alan Dale), or King George, burn David's only hope for a portal back into the magical land.

However, little Henry's nightmare proved to be a blessing in disguise as he learned to control it and to talk to his nightmare companion Aurora. In the upcoming episode, "Dreams Hold The Key" ("Into the Deep"), Henry will have a chance to finally play hero to his mother and grandmother's rescue.

But getting the mother/daughter duo back to Storybrooke won't prove easy. Regina's (Lana Parrilla) evil witch mother Cora (Barbara Hershey) will do everything in her power to steal the compass from them and find her own way into Storybrooke. In the episode's promo this week, fans get a glimpse of Cora's plan-an apparent army of the walking dead.

Regina, in return, will do everything to protect Henry and will join forces with Mr. Gold aka Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle) to do so. In the process, Regina and Gold will put David's life in danger in order to connect him to Mary Margaret and give her information on getting back to town, ABC teased.

'Once Upon A Time' S2E8, "Dreams Hold The Key," airs on Sunday, November 25 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
