Disney is looking to gross mega bucks after their "first look" at "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" merchandise event.

The major toy event is said to be the world's first live toy unboxing event on Sept. 3. Over an 18-hour period, viewers will watch various YouTube stars unbox the new Disney merch, including Bratayley, ExpCaseros, AlexBy11 and "Star Wars" fans from around the world, according to Variety.

"'Star Wars' toys have always played an important role in how our fans interact with the saga," said Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. "They've inspired multiple generations to relive the experience of the movies and to create new adventures all their own. These spectacular 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' products will continue that tradition."

Disney acquired Maker Studios for $500 million to reach a younger audience. Chris M. Williams, the chief audience officer at Maker Studios said the company is excited to launch this new world-wide event. "We're excited to be part of this first-of-its-kind initiative. The unboxing world continues to expand rapidly as audiences around the world connect with digital creators who share their passions. This shared fandom helps attract billions of monthly views and consistently puts the genre at the top of the YouTube charts."

The live-stream will kick off in Sydney Australia, then move onto Asia, Europe, North America and South America. The unboxing event will lead into "Force Friday" - midnight on Sept. 4, which is when retailers around the world will open their doors to sell the new "Star Wars" toys.

The major online toy event will also be streamed via Disney's ABC website and mobile app. Of course Disney will leave no stone unturned and will also tap into live television. "Good Morning America" will broadcast the unboxing live from New York and through Lucasfilm in San Francisco.

According to "The Hollywood Reporter", Macquarie Securities analyst, Tim Nollen, said that Disney is looking to gross about $5 billion in merchandise sales from the global launch.  It "could generate $5 billion in consumer merchandise sales in its first year of release, assuming it does better that 'Cars: 2' at about  $3 billion."

Nollen also writes, "We also estimate the movie itself should gross about $2 billion at the global box office, netting nearly $1.2 billion in revenue for the company."

Wow! Perks of a dedicated fandom. The "Star Wars: Force Awakens" online boxing event will kick off on their YouTube channel on Sept. 3.
