Caitlyn Jenner is reportedly in need of a man that will treat her like a woman.
In a sneak peek for the upcoming "I Am Cait" episode this Sunday released exclusively by E! Online, Jenner had a meaningful chat with her friend, Jenny Boylan, a professor of English at Barnard College of Columbia University and national co-chair of GLAAD.
"It would be very attractive to me to have a guy treat me like a woman," said the 65-year-old reality TV star.
Boylan, who was startled, paused for a second and asked Jenner what she meant. Jenner replied, "Uh, that you would be treated like a normal woman."
However, Boylan was still unsure with Jenner's reply. She asked her again, "What do you mean 'a normal woman?'"
Jenner, who recently transitioned into a transgender woman in April, further explained to Boylan, “That you would be treated like a normal woman, like any other woman on the street and not make it this big trans thing, or this, or that – just a normal relationship.”
Upon hearing that, Boylan gave Jenner a piece of her mind.
“You know what Caitlyn Jenner? You are a normal woman, right now, today. You don’t need a man to make you a woman. A woman can make you a woman," she said.
“It’s a thing that women do. We look to men to give us self-worth. I think now that you’re in the sisterhood, you have gone through such trouble to become a woman."
She also reminded Jenner, "Don’t be a stupid one. Be a smart one.”
On Wednesday, Jenner shared another bit of her personal life in a blog post on her official website. Answering a question from a fan asking her where she keeps her Olympic gold medal, Jenner revealed that her "most-prized possession" is safely stored in the bottom drawer of her bathroom dresser.
"I’m so proud of it. However, I never wanted my kids to feel like they had to have a gold medal in order to be considered a success," Jenner explained.
"I didn’t want them to constantly compare their own achievements to my time in the Olympics, so I haven’t displayed my medal."
According to the E! Online report, Jenner aims to learn more about the transgender community. Boylan and other transgender women are helping her towards that goal.
