Three months after Josh Duggar's sexual molestation scandal, the "19 Kids and Counting" star has once again gotten himself into hot water.
In the recently leaked data from the infidelity website, Ashley Madison, Josh's name appeared not only once, but twice. According to the information obtained by Gawker, the former reality TV star apparently signed up for two accounts, where he spent almost $1,000. The subscriptions were in active use between February 2013 and May 2015. In his second account, Josh paid $250 for an "affair guarantee" feature.
Josh, who was a former lobbyist for the Family Research Council, released a statement on Thursday via the Duggar family's official website, admitting to being the "biggest hypocrite ever."
"While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this became a secret addiction and I became unfaithful to my wife," Josh stated.
The Anti-LGBT activist further said that he was ashamed of living a "double life."
"The last few years, while publicly stating I was fighting against immorality in our country, I was hiding my own personal failings," he added.
However, despite these controversies, a source from People claims that Anna Duggar will stand by her husband's side.
The news outlet's source, who claims to have ties with the family, said, "Anna will not leave him. As with her in-laws, she is turning more to her faith than ever. She and Josh are probably praying around the clock right now, I would assume."
The source also reveals that divorce is out of the picture. Instead of living Josh, Anna might "absorb some of the blame."
"Maybe not publicly, ever, but privately, there will be some suggestion of whether or not she should have been more aware of the pressures Josh was under, of the issues he was facing, and how she could have better counseled him or helped him," the source said.
The source adds that Anna is "fully and permanently committed to her marriage and her children," which means that she will stay with her husband and make their marriage work. Josh and Anna have four children: Mackynzie, 5, Michael, 4, Marcus, 2 and Meredith Grace, one month.
May this year, Josh was also the center of a controversy when a 2006 police report showed that during his teenage years, Josh molested five underage girls. Her sisters, Jill and Jessa, also came forward to say that Josh molested them too, according to another report from People.
