Christina Aguilera sparked rumors that she might have gotten plastic surgery once again.
According to Hollywood Life, if you compare pictures of Aguilera from before to her recent photos now, her face is considerably different. This sparked rumors that the pop singer might have undergone another plastic surgery procedure.
When she attended an event a week ago, the change in Aguilera's face was noticeable. Hollywood Life managed to reach out to a couple of cosmetic surgery experts to determine whether or not the singer did a little nip and tuck.
"Although many of the changes you see in these photos could be due to different styles of make up, there could also be a few other explanations. Christina definitely looks a few pounds heavier in the more recent picture which could explain the additional fullness in the cheeks and jawline," Dr. Mark Yousseff of Younique Cosmetic Surgery stated.
The doctor added that the difference in her face could also be because of dermal fillers. These are clear gels inserted underneath the skin to lift and volumize the area on the cheek and jawline region to give off a more youthful look. The doctor warned celebrities not to overdo this procedure because it could look unnatural if done is large amounts.
It could definitely be fillers but the plastic surgery rumors surfaced because in the event she did have some procedure done, it would not be the first time that she went under the knife. Daily Mail reported that Aguilera had a nose job and boob implants after seeing a scar on her armpit.
"The small line could be the result of a transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation - a breast enlargement technique where implants are placed through an armpit incision," the magazine stated.
Experts in plastic surgery said that it is now a popular method especially for those who don't want to leave scars on their breasts. It could be debated that it's because she gained weight but the significant change in her body would suggest that there could be more to it.
Dr. Lyle Back from the Philadelphia Area Board Certified Plastic Surgeons said that Christina definitely had something done. The doctor said that the singer got another nose job but this time it was done well. He added that the recent changes on her face were "beautiful, significant improvements" but also added that the "Say Something" singer went a little far with the cheeks.
