Sexy comedienne Sofia Vergara is rumored to be playing Bart Simpson's new teacher.

Entertainment Weekly reported that Sofia Vergara might be the voice behind Bart Simpson's new teacher on "The Simpsons." Apparently, after Bart drank a milk substitute with full of bad hormones, he started to grow a mustache and experience early puberty. He will also grow feelings for the new teacher Mrs. Berrera who is rumored to be voiced by "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara.

According to executive producer Al Jean, Bart's new teacher will be more forgiving and she will pay "special attention to him." Mrs. Berrera's character will also get tangled in a romantic rivalry. She will also draw the attention of Principal Skinnier. The producers of the show thought it would be interesting to watch Bart and the principal crush on the same woman.

Jean added that door is open for Sofia who is films "Modern Family" in the same studio as "The Simpsons." Vergara has done voice overs for shows like "Family Guy" and "The Cleveland Show."

Aside from the possibility of being part of "The Simpsons," Vergara is currently busy with the new season of "Modern Family." The actress also revealed that new young actor that will play as her son in the hit comedy series.

The 43-year-old actress posted a picture together with Jeremy Maguire who will play as Fulgencio "Joe" Pritchett also known as her son in the show. The role was played by Pierce Wallace in the last two seasons but producers of the show felt like it was time for them to introduce an older "Joe."

Aside from her successful shows, the Latina is also busy preparing for her upcoming wedding to "Magic Mike" star Joe Manganiello. The couple is scheduled to tie the knot later this year. They are reported to have their wedding in Florida since Sofia wanted some place sunny for the special event.

According to a report from OK magazine, Sofia and Joe are expected to make $3 million for their wedding. So rather than spending, they will actually be able to make some money by tying the knot. This is especially because celebrity weddings are a great opportunity for brands to showcase their products. So instead of paying for some items, it will be given to them free just by using these products for their wedding. Aside from the freebies, actors and actresses will also be paid if they agree to endorse these brands.
