"Mission Impossible 6" is now in the works and people want to see James Bond appear on the franchise. Will it happen?
With "Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation" being a smash hit with moviegoers, it's no surprise that "Mission Impossible 6" is now being looked at and it seems that people want to see 007 himself, James Bond, to appear on the franchise. But will it happen?
One of the biggest Bollywood stars on the planet, Shah Rukh Khan, has admitted that he wants to see the two legendary spies together as he revealed on his Twitter page that seeing James Bond and Ethan Hunt together in one film is his "final fantasy" and that he can "pass away and die" when it happens.

Those who have watched "Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation" know that there were a couple of references to the legendary British spy especially near the end of the film where the car of James Bond actually shows up in one scene.
With "Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation" playing with the theme of an Mi6 agent teaming up with Ethan Hunt, it is understandable that fans want to see that the most famous Mi6 agent of all time would team up with the best agent of the IMF for "Mission Impossible 6".
It should be noted that "Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation" is one of the biggest blockbusters right now as according to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, the latest Tom Cruise film is still the number one movie in the world right now, beating "The Fantastic Four" in numbers and reviews easily.
Due to this success, "Mission Impossible 6" is more than likely to happen.
Paramount Pictures vice chairman, Rob Moore, admitted that he is excited that he once again working with Tom Cruise for "Mission Impossible 6".
According to an interview with Variety, Moore noted that Ethan Hunt definitely deserves to be in another film.
"We're very happy to be developing this movie with Tom," Moore said. "There's no question that Ethan Hunt deserves another film."
Meanwhile, Paul Dergarabedian, senior media analyst at Rentrak, admitted that there has to be another film after the stellar performance of "Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation".
Variety also noted that in an interview with Jon Stewart on the Daily Show, Cruise admitted that he will reprise his role as Ethan Hunt role for "Mission Impossible 6," and that filming could start as early as a year from now.
"We're starting to work on it now. We'll probably start shooting it next summer," Cruise said.
