There are rumors that Morales, the "family man" from the first season of "The Walking Dead" might make a return to the show.
Morales was the "family man" during the first season and while everyone else made their way to Atlanta, he trekked to Birmingham together with his wife and two kids away from Rick's group.
Comicbook.com published an article speculating the return of Morales in "The Walking Dead." According to the website the speculation for his return has been built up several times but the fans see no better timing for his return other than season six.
A promotional image of Morales spread online a few months ago but others believe it was linked to the companion series "Fear The Walking Dead." However, fans can't help but speculate that it might be a giveaway since there is a caption that indicated, "NOT DEAD."
"Morgan is a certified bad-a--, now. He carries that stick, has ninja moves, and will probably wind up saving some survivors with his abilities. Remind you of anyone from the comics? How about Paul "Jesus" Monroe? If Morgan is going to be the ninja-warrior replacement of Jesus, - which is only a theory at this point - who is going to fill in his connections to the Hilltop Community and other civilized groups? Morales, that's who," the article suggested.
According to the Den of Geek website, the trailer for "The Walking Dead" season six trailer was just released and offered plenty of blood. In addition to the speculation of Morales' return, Merrit Wever and Ethan Embry will also be part of the cast of season six with roles still undisclosed. There is also a rumor for casting calls for the role of a "female psychologist" which is speculated to be the character Dr. Denise Cloyd. Stephen Yuen who plays Glenn in the show also spoke about his characters probable death.
"The way that we make the show - the writers and everybody really want to focus on making things poignant and purposeful and meaningful. So if it were for Glenn to go, then it's probably going to be awesome," he said.
"The Walking Dead" season six will premiere on October 11 at 9 p.m. The show will have a 90-minute premier which will be followed by "The Talking Dead" at 10:30 p.m. AMC will host the premier of the highly anticipated comeback at the Madison Square Garden.
