"One Piece" Chapter 792 starts with the people of Dressrosa celebrating the fact that Luffy has defeated Doflamingo and that a new dawn is upon them. Sabo is then shown being the victor of his fight with Jesus Burgess of the Blackbeard Pirates. In a last ditch effort to kill Sabo, Jesus Burgess tried to get Sabo all emotional over the fact that he didn't do anything to save Ace from being killed during the Marineford arc. Sabo then blows away Jesus Burgess with a modified fire fist attack.

The next few parts of the chapter deals with the revolutionaries trying to get away from Dressrosa while panels of the defeated Donquixote Family are shown. The Marines apprehend all the executives of the Donquixote family along with Doflamingo himself as they restrain all of the Devil Fruit users with Kairoseki.

Meanwhile, Vice Admiral Maynard broadcasts the current situation of Dressrosa to the neighbouring islands. Elsewhere, the people of Dressrosa beg to King Riku that he should remain as the king of Dressrosa after Doflamingo's rule.

The chapter ends with Admiral Fujitora and the rest of the Marines kneeling in front of King Riku as Fujitora admits that it is the World Government's fault that Doflamingo was able to conquer Dressrosa while news of Law and Luffy beating Doflamingo gets broadcast in the news.

The Venture Capital Post speculates that during "One Piece" chapter 793, King Riku would honor Luffy and Law as saviors of the country. It was also speculated that Law and Luffy would now prepare for what is ahead in the future.
