Jessica Alba seems to have fully embraced the challenges of managing her own home and baby product business, The Honest Company, notes Fox News Latino.
The Honest Company, as DailyMail reported, is a multi-billion dollar business the actress put up with Christopher Gavigan in collaboration with Target. Alba is among the few Hollywood A-list celebrities with successful business ventures.
In an interview with Hello! Fashion Monthly, the beautiful actress revealed she's considering quitting her Hollywood career in order to focus on her entrepreneurial engagements. "It's tempting to leave acting completely and focus on my company. It's definitely more fulfilling," Alba said.
The "Sin City" actress was vocal about the stark contrast between her being a businesswoman and a showbiz personality. "When I put my time into it, I feel like I'm doing something that's productive and there's a real outcome," Alba told the magazine. In the entertainment business on the other hand, Alba said she felt like she is "just throwing stuff against the wall" and "don't know if anyone's going to see it."
Alba, as E! Online reported, is not only considered as one of the most beautiful faces of Hollywood, but also among the few most successful businesswomen in the industry. The actress claimed she didn't always feel beautiful though. In the same interview, Alba opened up about her previous carefree style and how encounters with various stylists and personalities helped changed her.
"Basically anything before I was 24, I looked crazy, just wrong," Alba quipped. She also pointed out that there are lots of pictures of her back then looking like "a hot mess!" She added, "My idea of how I need to look has completely changed," Alba added.
The mother of two also recently shared that her picture-perfect figure can be attributed to healthy eating, even though she is not weight conscious anymore. She told E! Online that she follows a daily habit of eating fresh foods -- avoiding dairy and fried foods.
"I don't care about [weight] as much after having kids. I'm bigger than I was before and I'm totally fine with it," she shared.
Alba is married to Cash Warren and enjoys spending quality time with her daughters, Honor Marie, 6, and Haven Garner, 3.
While she is contemplating about resigning, fans can still catch her on Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" music video, along with Selena Gomez and Cara Delevingne, among others. Alba had a brief cameo as the character Domino in a 10 second motorcycle challenge clip.
In addition, Alba is set to grace the big screen this year in three upcoming films. She has also completed filming a Jason Statham-lead movie, "Mechanic Resurrection," which is slated to be released in 2016.
