WWE fans should stop expecting to see Ronda Rousey having an actual match.

The UFC women's bantamweight champ was well-received by WWE fans when she appeared with The Rock at WrestleMania 31 in March 2015, according to LA Times. After slamming Triple H on the canvass, Rousey even hinted in a tweet that her appearance in WWE is just the start so fans should stay tuned.

However, contrary to what fans are expecting, she will not be coming back to WWE.

UFC President Dana White told Fight Network, "What she did on WrestleMania was awesome. It was awesome. It came off great, I loved it. Um, she's a one-and-done."

When the reporter asked, "No matches for her?"

White simply responded, "No."

In a report earlier this month, Fox Sports noted that Brad Slater, The Rock and Rousey's agent, already confirmed that Rousey's cameo appearance will be the only time that she will appear on WWE for the entire year.

Rousey remains undefeated 11-0 in mixed martial arts and it would be unlikely for her to get injured while wrestling, considering her championship judo skills and fight experience, USA Today explained. Financially, it can actually be beneficial for both Rousey and the UFC if she continued appearing in WWE because the professional wrestling company can help increase her popularity, with its bigger audience, the report added.

Meanwhile, MMA News reported that the WWE creative team was "stunned" to learn about White's comments. Even various people in WWE wondered why White would not let Rousey return to the ring soon. White might still be convinced about the advantages of letting Rousey return, even for WrestleMania 32 in 2016. If WWE is really interested, perhaps they'll make another offer that will make White change his mind.

Rousey has yet to comment on White's oppositions and what she believes would be best for her growing career. Rousey is currently establishing herself as a big star outside the Octagon, having appeared in various films like "The Expendables 3" and "Fast and the Furious 7" as well as gracing the pages of the 2015 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.

Rousey is set to defend her title against Bethe Correia on August 1 at UFC 190 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, based on a report by Bloody Elbow.
