Ex-Wrestling Star Threatens to Kill Hulk Hogan? Police Probe Ongoing?

A former wrestling star has reportedly threatened to kill Hulk Hogan.

TMZ reported that the Hulkster's former wrestling ally in the New World Order (NWO), Scott Steiner, had allegedly threatened to kill him.

Hogan's wife, Jennifer, flew in to San Jose for WrestleMania 31 on March 26, 2015. She was surprised to see Steiner at the baggage claim area, who then allegedly grabbed her and said that as soon as Terry (Hogan's real name) arrives, he plans to kill him. According to insiders, Jennifer did not even recognize Steiner but called Hogan immediately. Hogan followed into San Jose on the next flight to file a police report with Jennifer early the following day.

The San Jose police are currently investigating Steiner for "felony terrorist threats." The airport surveillance video also showed Steiner confronting Jennifer at the airport.

New York Post reported that due to the threats, Steiner had been banned from the venue during the course of WrestleMania 31 event. There were notices and photos of him, indicating that he was not allowed in the premises during WWE's biggest event.

Bleacher Report wrote that the Hulkster was present to watch WrestleMania 31 and its related activities, such as the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Hogan was assigned to present "Macho Man" Randy Savage into the Hall of Fame on March 28 at the SAP Center.

Steiner, 52, better known as "Big Poppa Pump", and Hogan, 61, used to be allies in the NWO, but fell apart afterwards. After his stint with WWE, Hogan signed with WCW in 1994 and regularly appeared until 1999. He became part of NWO from 1996 to 1998, where he met Steiner and worked with wrestlers like Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Randy Savage.

Steiner is known to hate Hogan, blaming the superstar for the collapse of WCW wrestling. For years, Steiner has been very open about his negative feelings towards Hogan and other members of WWE.

Based on a video presented by WrestlingInc, Steiner also talked about his qualms about the backstage politics in WCW. He talked about how he got into arguments with some characters and always had problems with management.

When TMZ asked Steiner to comment, he replied, "Typical Hogan. He's just a punk."

Hogan has yet to comment on Steiner but will most likely leave the rest for the San Jose police to settle. Hogan has been usually quiet in the past years and did not comment whenever Steiner has a few negative statements about him and WWE.
