Harry Styles Crying Over Zayn Malik's Exit? Quitting One Direction Too?

Did Harry Styles really cry after Zayn Malik's exit? Is he thinking of quitting One Direction, too?

SeattlePi has reported that Styles was earlier seen crying while on stage during their concert in Jakarta, Indonesia. E! Online also reported the said scene. But was Zayn really the reason behind that tears? Seattlepi said that the singer was actually hit in the eye by a glow stick and was not really crying over Zayn's departure.

But hours after Malik's official announcement of quitting the group, Styles took to Twitter his message to his former bandmate. "All the love as always. H," he tweeted.

Malik, who earlier left the band's world tour and flew back to UK to recuperate from the stress he is facing following cheating allegations, has decided to officially quit the band.

"My life with One Direction has been more than I could ever have imagined. But, after five years, I feel like it is now the right time for me to leave the band. I'd like to apologise to the fans if I've let anyone down, but I have to do what feels right," Malik said in an official statement.

Meanwhile, the remaining four band members - Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, and Styles - would continue to be in the group as a four-piece. "We're really sad to see Zayn go, but we totally respect his decision and send him all our love for the future. The past five years have been beyond amazing - we've gone through so much together, so we will always be friends. The four of us will now continue. We're looking forward to recording the new album and seeing all the fans on the next stage of the world tour," the statement further read.

Simon Cowell, known to be the group's mentor during their "X-Factor", also took to Twitter to react to the bad news. And we quote, "Sometimes strength is not defined by numbers... As always you the fans have shown your amazing support to all the boys. When you have great talent great things happen."

Meanwhile, E! Online reported that Styles has some other plans for himself in the future. An insider allegedly told the news outlet that the singer indeed considers entering Hollywood and taking a different path.
