The latest updates on "NBA 2K15" provides the changes to the roster of certain teams, individual attributes, player movements, rotations, injuries and player signings. A new small update is already available is scheduled for release to the public on March 8.
DesignNTrend reported that the new update particularly included the signing of point guard Nate Robinson with the Los Angeles Clippers.
ESPN also noted that the L.A. Clippers recently signed Robinson to a 10-day contract in March 7. Robinson joined the team on Saturday and will be able to play against the Golden State Warriors the following day.
Coach Doc Rivers said, "It's just that we needed another guy and to me he has the most experience. You know, we'd rather have a 3 or someone like that probably, but when I look at it I don't really care about positions sometimes. I'd rather get a guy that's been in the league, can score and has experience."
Rivers added, "I know Nate. I've coached him. So I have a comfort there."
The Clippers had reportedly been interested in acquiring Robinson since he became available in January 2015. According to Rivers, he would be a great replacement for the injured Jamal Crawford in the next several days. Robinson previously played two seasons with the Denver Nuggets before opting out of his contract. He was traded to the Boston Celtics for Jameer Nelson in January but was waived by the team before appearing in a game.
"[Chicago] was one of the options along with the Wizards, the Cavs and a couple of other teams," said Robinson in the same ESPN article. "But the Clippers were really on me, so I think this will be a better fit."
