It is expected that the upcoming movie "Terminator: Genisys" would be action packed. But how much action are we going to see? According to a recent Screen Rant report, there have been some testimonies and reviews about the movie's script circulating online.
These script reviews were acquired by a website called The Arnold Fans from "Greg" and "Jay" who claimed that they have already read the movie's script.
In his review, Greg revealed that the new movie would be a "three action packed movies in one." He said that it would still contain "action-packed chase scenes, shoot outs and Terminator vs Terminator fights" many fans are craving for.
Greg revealed that the entire script total to 130 pages, about 18 pages of it dedicated to Future Wars, which is going to be its first part. Also, expect to see John Connor and Kyle Reese fighting against the machines here. The second part meanwhile would be set in 1984. Most of the scenes in the movie would be from the third portion. We don't know yet what would be the setting for this part as The Arnold Fans has deleted Greg's revelation in its report. The third act, according to Greg, would take about an hour of the entire film.
He also said that fans should expect the third portion to be also action-packed just like the first two portions or maybe even better as it is said that "more non-stop big explosive action with tons of destruction and surprises" would be seen here.
Jay, for his part, said he was "pleasantly surprised" because he thinks the movie would show "huge" actions, sound effects, and story. He said he personally liked this one as fans would be able to see "some classic scenes recreated with a Back To The Future twist." Fans should also expect to feel "gritty and exciting," especially with the future war scenes. His statement also confirms Greg's testimony that the movie would have three portions.
"This also plays out like no other Terminator film yet in the fact it's not set in one time period from start to finish with a single villain to deal with! No the threat is greater here with two well known model terminators and a couple of other types spread throughout the movie - which has 3 major time zones. Safe to say the movie will look unique all the way through, keeping it fresh and exciting," Jay said.
"It felt epic as I was reading. I could see every scene playing out in my head and I feel anyone who liked the first two installments will find enjoyment in Genisys," he added. "I really hope they can do it justice onscreen."
The cast list of "Terminator: Genisys" includes Arnold Schwarzenegger, Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney, and Jason Clarke. It is directed by Alan Taylor and is written by Laeta Kalogridis and Patrick Lussier. It will hit theaters this July.
