Rihanna and Chris Brown were spotted hugged up last night during Jay-Z's fifth show at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.
The two sat next to up and coming singer Rita Ora, sources said.
MTV reports that Rihanna and Brown sat next to each other in the VIP area and RapRadar posted the photo that has been circulating around the Internet.
MTV said Rihanna recently admitted to Oprah that she is still very close friends with Brown, and that seemed to be confirmed when they affectionately greeted each other at the 2012 VMAs.
Reports are also surfacing that Brown and girlfriend Karreuche Tran have broken up, possibly because of his very public NYC outings with Rihanna.
As Tran left NYC without Brown, he tweeted "Both r Free from it all!" to which Tran tweeted "Bye Baby."
Rihanna and Brown were seen just last night at the Griffin nightclub in the Meatpacking District in New York City, where they made out in the restroom stall.
"They sat two tables away from each other," a source told the NY Post. " Chris made his way over to Rihanna. He raised his shirt and was dancing promiscuously. Then they started dancing together and hugging and kissing in front of everyone."
Not too long afterward, the source said the couple entered the restroom together and Rihanna later emerged looking "ruffled."
Before that, they partied at 1 Oak in Chelsea, where they danced, had a few drinks and then left separately.
Rihanna and Brown have been hanging out for the past week, attending various nightclubs. Brown was even spotted leaving Rihanna's hotel before heading to Tran's room at the Trump SoHo.
The former couple's shaky past started when Brown beat up Rihanna in the front seat of a car in 2009. He was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats. He was sentenced to community service, five years of probation and had to attend domestic violence counseling. A judge also implemented a restraining order, which required Brown to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna and 10 yards away at public events.
