Floyd Mayweather is not done imposing odd conditions in a possible bout against Manny Pacquiao.

Mayweather appeared on The Whoolywood Shuffle, an online interview program, to talk about the recent negotiations and said that he absolutely wanted to fight Pacquiao but there is still no deal available. He added that there might not be a deal as long as Bob Arum's Top Rank Promotions is involved.

Mayweather said, "I've been saying this for a long time, Pacquiao has no say because he fights for Top Rank Promotions. He's not in a position to call the shots right now. He's not the A-side. I have Mayweather Promotions, it's my company."

Mayweather continued, "He has a boss, it's called Top Rank Promotions, not Pacquiao Promotions. We're trying but it's been extremely difficult. I don't want to point the finger at Pacquiao, it's not him, it's his promoter."

Alex Ariza, strength and conditioning coach of Mayweather, also confirmed that Mayweather will not deal with Arum. Ariza said in an Inquisitr report, "It's not going to happen. We're fighting May 2nd but it's not going to be Manny Pacquiao... Hopefully eventually Bob Arum will blow away in the wind or whatever. As soon as we get rid of him, we can get it on."

ABS-CBN News reported that Pacquiao's camp has already agreed to all of Mayweather's previous terms. HBO and Showtime, the networks handling both fighters are also negotiating pay-per-view television rights to air the big bout. However, Mayweather is apparently not done imposing conditions. There are also a lot of potential opponents waiting for their chance to fight either boxer. If the mega-fight does not happen, Pacquiao might face either Amir Khan or Danny Garcia, while Mayweather might have a rematch against Miguel Cotto.

As for Pacquiao, he said that the waiting game is still on and it is now up to Floyd if he agrees to the fight by the end of January 2015. If Mayweather decides otherwise, Pacquiao said that it will not affect him and he will move on.

The Filipino recently resorted to Twitter after Mayweather's interview. He posted, "I can easily beat Floyd Mayweather, I believe that."

He added, "If you really care about the fans, you will fight. If you care about yourself, you won't fight."

"Everyone had me as a big underdog to Oscar De La Hoya too. If Mayweather fights me boxing will get an even bigger upset victory," stated Pacquiao.
