As talks about the mega-fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather continue to develop, the Filipino boxer had a few words for his American rival.

Manny Pacquiao was in New York City on January 17, 2015 with his crew when TMZ caught up with them.

In the video, TMZ initially congratulated Pacquiao on his recent documentary film "Manny", then asked if there was anything he wanted to tell Mayweather.

Pacquiao smiled then answered, "Sign the contract."

TMZ had a follow-up question, asking what is the most expensive thing the eight-division champion owns.

Pacquiao seemed like he could not think of anything at the moment, so a member of his crew answered for him. His companion said, "That's bragging. We don't brag!"

In a Huffington Post report, Pacquiao, 36, revealed that he already agreed to all the terms of the proposed contract and that he believed that Mayweather's camp also did the same.

In the Huffington Post video, Pacquiao said, "My promoter and his promoters, there's negotiations already and there is an understanding. I heard there's an understanding already. We're just waiting for the signed contract from them."

Should the fight push through on May 2, it is expected to be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will most likely be the biggest boxing event in history. One insider told Yahoo! Sports that ticket prices for the big event would start at $1,000 while the best seats would charge up to $5,000. The live gate might rake in around $40 million while pay-per-view sales would garner around $150 million.

Pacquiao shared that he wanted the fight to happen since 2009, but things for now are left for Mayweather, 38, to decide. The Filipino added that he will not feel unfulfilled if he retires without fighting the undefeated American.

He said in another Yahoo Sports report, "If you ask me if the fight happens, no problem. If that fight will not happen, it will never impact my career because what I've done in boxing, I'm already satisfied. I broke the record in boxing [by winning world titles in] eight divisions."

He added, "What my concern is, is to make the fight happen for the fans. Everywhere I go, even in Thailand, every place, the fans are asking, 'When will this fight happen? When will this fight happen?' That question is not for me. It's for Mayweather. Millions of people are asking that question everywhere I go. It's kind of bothering me, that question. It's time to make the fight happen. The fans deserve it."
