South Korean pop superstar Psy, the man behind the "Gangnam Style" craze sweeping America has been featured on 6 hit TV shows plus the MTV 2012 Video Music Awards. And all of this went down just in the month of September.

Psy started his round of September appearances off when he showed up on the red carpet at MTV's 2012 Video Music Awards on September 6th

"With an infectious dance that has infiltrated almost every corner of American pop culture, [Psy] the viral phenomenon has made his VMA arrival alongside host Kevin Hart, causing a roar of applause from the crowd and a pausing gasp from Katy Perry," MTV said.

before the ceremony, Psy joined British boy band "The Wanted" to perform "Gangnam Style" together, horse dancing and all at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood for the VMA pre-show. Psy went on to perform the dance again with Hart on-stage during the actual VMA's as well.

The following day, September 7th, Psy was unexpectedly featured on the usually hard-hitting show "Nightline." "Nightline's" Cynthia McFadden opened that day's segment with a piece on Psy and the "Gangnam Style" dance crazy by saying "It seems Americans just can't get enough of the goofy Korean music video...the viral video has 120 million views on YouTube and is climbing every second. Plus it has spawned countless spin-offs and parodies."

On September 10th, Ellen Degeneres invited Psy on to her show "Ellen" so that he could teach Degeneres and Britney Spears the choreography to the "Gangnam Style" dance.

Degeneres told Spears, who was dressed in high-high heels to take her shoes off. "You're not going to be able to dance like that!" Degeneres said. Psy reassured the host that Spears would be fine and that her outfit was appropriate. "This is fine because the mindset of the dance is dress classy and dance cheesy," Psy said. The trio went on to successfully pull off the dance in front of the studio audience.

A few days later on September 13th, Psy was invited to Times Square to be featured on "Good Morning America." The hosts of the show told the audience that "The Psy Syndrome" can be proven by the success of his music video on YouTube. The cameras then went on to show off "Good Morning America" dancers in Times Square and on the roof of the building where the show is taped, dancing to "Gangnam Style." Soon thereafter the rest of the studio joined in dancing on-set as well.

The next day, September 14th, Psy appeared on the "Today" show. He drove the crowd wild when he performed "Gangnam Style" in the studio and even had the show's hosts Savannah Guthrie, Al Roker and guest host David Gregory dancing as well. After the performance, Psy sat down to do an interview on how "Gangnam Style" had become such a huge worldwide hit.

And the following day, September 15th, Psy made his "Saturday Night Live" debut during the show's season premiere. Host Seth MacFarlane, Kenan Thompson and Jason Sudeikis did a sketch featuring performers dancing to "Gangnam Style" at a "Lids" store in a shopping mall. At the end of the sketch, Psy himself came on stage and took part in the dancing and performing as well.

Most recently, on September 17th, "Extra" host Maria Menounos led a "Gangnam Style" flash mob out in Los Angeles to introduce her interview with Psy on Monday's edition of the show.

With all of these public appearances occurring just within the month of September, what will October bring? I guess we'll have to wait and see what Psy has up his sleeve for us next.
