They may never ever ever be getting back together, but that does not mean they can't be friends. According to Hollywood Life, Taylor Swift and Harry Styles decided to mend fences, and she's been telling friends that they are "talking again."
According to Us Weekly, Taylor and Harry have matured and are ready to get back to each other's lives. A source for the magazine saying, "Taylor has been bragging to her trainer and celeb friends that she and Harry are talking again."
This news came to light when Entertainment Tonight broke the news of Harry and Taylor attending a concert together in Los Angeles last Wednesday night. The pair, according to the website, were spotted watching the 1975 rock out at a sold-out show at the Palladium on Sunset Boulevard. An eye witness told the website, "I was on the floor and I saw them in what I believe was a VIP section. They were both dressed in black and they were very friendly towards each other."
Of course, while it may seem like they can be together again, fans of the couple will have to be okay with the fact that Taylor and Harry will only be platonic. A source for Us Weekly said that at the time they split in 2013, they had a fight and Harry "said something he shouldn't have," adding that the breakup is "definitely going to be for good."
A source for Hollywood Life also said previously that despite being friendly, that's all they'll ever be. The insider said, "There's not a chance in hell that Harry will date Taylor again. He's a nice guy and wants to be friendly. He holds no grudges, but he doesn't want to be in a relationship with Taylor again. It didn't work out and wouldn't work out if they tried it again. He knows that it would be a disaster."
They may not have found their love story in each other, but Taylor was able to write songs about the British Boy Band member in her latest album, 1989, most notably "Out of the Woods" and "Style."
Despite Taylor writing about him, Harry is not taking it against her, saying in a Google Hangout, "We write from personal experience. I think everyone does. So it would be hypocritical of us to be like, 'Oh, you can't write about us.'"
He also added, "She's really good so... They're good songs. So I'm lucky in that sense."
Do you think the former love birds will find it in themselves to fall for each other again, or are they going to stay platonic?
